Application Process: -

• Download Prospectus and read it thoroughly.

• Make the payment of Rs.500/- online in the bank account given in prospectus. Note the UTR no. (You can also pay in cash Rs. 800/- by visiting College of Nursing, Padhar Hospital) UTR no./Receipt no. has to be mentioned in the form.

• Download the form and fill it completely in block capital letters without mistakes.

• Attach the required documents as mentioned in form.

• Submit it either by hand in College of Nursing, Padhar or send the scan copy of form and attachments through email provided in the form.

• You will receive admit card after checking your form and other details.
