Manned by competent doctors and nurses under the direct supervision of a trauma surgeon, the facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is further complimented by a 24-hour ambulance service.

Since its inception, the A&E has proved to be a lifesaving, vital part of the hospital and a boon to the community, as it is the only well-equipped trauma centre on the treacherous National Highway 69 between Nagpur and Bhopal.
